At VA Digital Inclusion, we are committed to addressing the growing issue of digital exclusion in today's increasingly digitalized world. We firmly believe that no one should be left behind or negatively impacted by the shift towards online services and support networks. Our mission is to empower individuals and communities by providing them with the necessary tools, knowledge, and resources to access vital information and services.

Digital exclusion, as defined by Ofcom, refers to individuals who lack internet access or have low levels of digital skills and confidence. Shockingly, according to Cebr's 2022 analysis, it is projected that by the end of 2032, approximately 750,000 adults will still lack or have lost basic digital skills due to personal choice or circumstances. This alarming statistic highlights the urgent need for initiatives like VA Digital Inclusion.
